Goal: a) survive to 2015; b) find yourself a new job; b) put some company's money to pension fund, cobra & so on.
Resource: I'm rough and tough.
Reasons: plan is precise, concrete, agile, easy to measure (1days=1%).
Reserve: 25 days of paid vacation + holidays.
Long term goal: Winter is coming...
